We cycle over 450 kilometers in 7 cycling days. Lots of time on this tour is spent sightseeing and exploring Vietnam. Participants can cycle as much or as little as they like and still enjoy the same views as the rest of the group.
There is one long day with a 10 km climb at the end, and fit and experienced riders usually find it sufficiently challenging. Fast cyclists can ride at their own pace, as we supply detailed route notes. Our route is designed to take us off the main roads as much as possible, and we explore scenic back roads. We spend very little time on Highway One, cycling only on the quiet and particularly scenic sections. An air-conditioned support bus that travels behind the group supports us all the time.

Pick up and transfer to a hotel in Hue. Afternoon free for sightseeing or ride along the Perfume river to the many mausoleums and Pagoda’s. Overnight at a hotel in Hue.
Follow along the coast passing dunes scattered with mini mausoleums, pagodas and war memorials. Biking for 80 km to Lang Co beach. Relax at the beach.
7 am: Breakfast at the hotel. Climb up Hai Van pass (10 km climb). Cycle down passes to Danang Crossing the Hai Van pass. Short ride to Hoi An taking in the Marble Mountains. Continue to cycle to Hoi An on a country road Afternoon free in Hoi An.
Avoiding busy H1, ride to My Son along scenic country back roads past paddy fields and through the eucalyptus forest. Cycle alongside Song Tranh River and arrive at My Son. Have lunch before spending the afternoon visiting the site. Transfer by bus back to Hoi An in the afternoon.
Am : Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Quang Ngai. Ride to My Lai, visit memorial and museum Continue cycling into Vietnamese countryside and visit pagoda. Loop back through rural villages to the hotel.
Transfer 30km out of town past Highway 1. Turn off the main road and cycle the loop to Ba To Town. Cycle back to H1 at Duc Pho. Stop to relax at SaHuynh Beach and transfer to Quy Nhon. Stop on the way to take photos. Overnight at Quy Nhon hotel.
Avoid the main highway and ride at Dieu Tri along a remote road alongside the railway. Loop back to the main highway and transfer or ride the last hour to Tuy Hoa. Overnight at the hotel.
Ride through rice fields in the valley to Dai Lanh Beach where we stop for refreshments and a swim. Continue riding along the coast before turning off on Hon Gom peninsular road. Continue to Nha Trang.
No bike today. Just a boat trip and swimming. Starting a boat trip to Hon Tam Island and the fishing village in Nha Trang, visit the coral island and TriNguyen Aquarium. Return to the hotel. Dinner at a restaurant. The diner is your choice. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Am : Depart to Mui Ne. Biking just for 50km on the way then transfers by bus to Mui Ne beach.
Pm: Free time at Mui Ne beach.
Biking from Mui Ne beach just to Phan Thiet for 20km. Then take the bus to Hochiminh City.
Pm: Free time for shopping. Overnight at the hotel.
