7h30 arrivée à LaoCai, transfert à Sapa. Temps libre pour visiter le marché ethnique de la ville Sapa.
Après midi : une randonnée pédestre pour visiter le village de Catcat, les personnes de H.mong et la chute d'eau de Catcat se situant dans une petite vallée.
Randonnée toute la journée pour visiter quelques villages de minorité. Lao Chai - TaVan - GiangTaChai. Vous rencontrerez de la différentes minorités H.mong, Zay,Dzao rouge, vous pouvez voir les différentes robes colorées. Nuit à l'hôtel.
Encore en bus local à la gare pour un train LC4 de matin vers Hanoi. 20h20 arrivée à Hanoi.
