1.How to make reservations with Sinh Tourist Travel

The reservation is valid only if you have received a confirmation of Sinh Tourist Travel upon your payment of deposit.
2. Confirmation
Sinh Tourist Travel will confirm your tour booking via email or fax, clearly outlining the tour details and specific requirements based on your preferences. It is important that participants review this information carefully.
Should there be any discrepancies or unfulfilled requirements, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. Tour participants are required to reconfirm their reservation based on the finalized arrangements. This confirmation serves as a mutual agreement and binding contract between both parties.
3. Cancellation and Cancellation fees

No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.
4. Deposits
A deposit of 30 % of the tour price is required when you confirm your booking.

5. Payments
By bank transfers :

Bank credit transfer as well as expenses, which must be charged by the customer, are credited on the above account.
-Credit card: Visa and Master card [ form of authorization will sent to you by request ]
For payment by credit card, 3% of expenses are charged by the customer who has to fill in the form and make a copy of his credit card, then both documents must be emailed to us.
The form and photocopy of your passport must be sent to which are regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment for SINHTOURIST TRAVEL as the payment has been made, SINHTOURIST TRAVEL will draw up a confirmation which is considered a contract between two parties.
If you don’t want to show your credit card, we would like to provide you with an optional method of payment online by credit card with Vietnamese System www.onepay.vn through our secure website link.

Payment by money transfer service of Western Union
You can choose from many of bank agents of Western Union in your country or do it online to transfer money to our company. Please follow the guide of http://www.westernunion.com
After that, please send us the bank code of this transaction by fax/ mail, then if it is approved, we will send you the confirmation. (Bank charge may apply. This, if any, will be settled by client)
6. Liability
SINHTOURIST TRAVEL is fully committed to delivering the highest quality of service, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of every client. However, it is important to note that we operate as an intermediary between our clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other contractors.
As such, SINHTOURIST TRAVEL shall not be held liable for any breach of service, dissatisfaction, loss, injury, damage, delay, change in itinerary, or other inconveniences caused by third parties or events beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, acts or omissions by service providers, force majeure, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Clients acknowledge and agree that any additional expenses or damages incurred due to delays, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, social disturbances, or changes in political conditions are not the responsibility of SINHTOURIST TRAVEL.
We recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events during their journey.
7. Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
8. Insurance
Upon request, insurance fee is 1.5USD per day per person, covered with accident insurance up to 10000 USD ( Ten thousand US Dollars) by Vietnam Insurance Company “Bao Viet”.
